🚀 Campaign Refinery Update: New Integrations, Contact Hygiene & QoL Improvements
We’ve just rolled out a fresh batch of updates designed to give you better control over your contact lists, expand your integration options, and make navigating the platform smoother.
Here is everything new in this release:
🌟 Major New Capability: Domain Health & Deliverability Monitoring
Domain Health & Deliverability Monitoring: We have introduced significant new tooling to keep your sending infrastructure healthy. This includes active monitoring for DNS records, processing for inbox-provider compliance reports (DMARC). (Note: This is accessible to accounts that invite us to view their domain via Google Postmaster tools).
🔗 Expanded Integrations & Platform Access
GoHighLevel Integration: Added as a fully supported marketing platform, with automatic ongoing contact syncing.
Integration Requests: You can now request integrations for platforms we don't yet support directly from the UI so we can capture that demand.
Developer Webhooks: Added webhook management and a more reliable delivery system for list-cleaning results. When a bulk clean finishes (or fails), we now notify your system with automatic retries instead of a single best-effort attempt.
🛠️ Contact Hygiene & Cost Control
Auto-Unsubscribe for Inactive Contacts: Contacts who are no longer being emailed at all are quietly unsubscribed so they stop consuming your list limits. This runs safely at scale with built-in guardrails (it won't touch a paused account's whole list).
Domain-Based Suppression: You can now add domain-based suppression lists to block entire domains, not just individual email addresses.
✨ Broadcasts & Email Editor
Broadcast Search: Added search to the broadcast list so you can easily find broadcasts by the message name.
Editor Personalization: Added a per-email identifier and countdown timers on campaign links, plus unified and improved unsubscribe handling across the board.
🎨 Platform Improvements
General Polish: Resolved a startup error right after login, fixed dark-mode chart styling issues, corrected chart hover tooltips, and added clearer validation when creating a form with a name that is already taken.
