Feature requests

Before the latest update, there was a feature where you could sort broadcasts by scheduled time starting from earliest scheduled broadcasts to the latest scheduled broadcasts. This made it easy to get a good look at every email's performance no matter when it was scheduled. When you have multiple people on different schedules in the same account, sometimes people schedule different broadcasts at different times. Employee A might be in charge of scheduling emails for 8/17-8/20 while Employee B is responsible for 8/15-8/16. Employee A might schedule all of their emails on 8/14 whereas Employee B schedules their emails on 8/15. The current broadcast tab will show the 8/17-8/20 emails first because of how/when they were scheduled.

Right now you have to clone a scheduled broadcast to edit the audience, this is way faster

Add subject line split test support for X% of emails (broadcasts) or X number of emails (campaigns) - then automatically pick a winner (based on clicks) after Y hours (broadcasts) or a completed hard number of emails (campaigns).

Ability to do unique rewards per-broadcast to encourage people to click. Concepts to play with: Run as individual contest with time limit (say, X minutes, hours, days). Ability to front load points for quickest clickers "dime sale" style. First Y clicker(s) get Z points, reducing by A amount every B number of unique people who click. Option to automatically pick and fulfill digital prizes (tag for emails with gift cards? send ecom synced coupon codes?) Option to alert account holder to review winners and approve automations to run

If I want to duplicate an email from 2-3 months ago, it's time consuming to find it in the dropdown menu. It would be much easier if there was a text search that filtered out results so I can quickly locate the right email.

I want an easier way to delete broadcasts. I still don't know quite how to do it because it's buried and too time consuming to figure out. Ideally, there would be a delete button next to every broadcast. Or perhaps checkboxes next to broadcasts w/ a delete option in a "group action" dropdown box to delete multiple broadcasts at once. I sometimes duplicate the wrong email and can't go backwards to select the correct email to duplicate. So then I have to abandon the broadcast and start over. Leaves multiple drafts just sitting in my Broadcasts queue that I can't get rid of.

From time to time we all know customers are a pain in the ass. Whether they never received the email... or they deleted it. For admin use it would be useful to have a RESEND option to resend a message (or retrigger any event) that needs to be retriggered. This is also useful to admins as they set up new http posts etc, and are testing.

It would be useful to create saved email templates with header logo, signature, etc as a base starting email. Even if it was simply one template per sending domain/brand instead of a mass library of custom templates that would be useful.

When creating a custom name for reporting, there is currently a character limit that's a bit too restrictive.

It'd be much faster to have an "add a tag" option when adding contacts manually on the first "screen" It'd save us, manual 'adders' a ton of time. Thanks

Every email system I've used has this feature. If you are resending a previously used email you can simply find it via search immediately and duplicate it. Currently, there is no way to do this. This is a NO BRAINER, get it done!

Would help senders and subscribers get better options by going to a page to see if they want to unsubscribe from all of the lists/tags added or remain on something like a waitlist for a future product etc.

Is there anything that can be done to enable 2-way sync between GHL and Campaign Refinery tags? Since CR cannot be used as a CRM, we are reliant on High Level to help us better communicate with segmented audiences using tagging. This would be a tremendous feature for us.

Make.com is a better and easier to use app than Zapier and an integration would be awesome!
